I am working as Site Engineer on 660 KV, HVDC, CET-ML Transmission Line Project.This Project included in CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor). Pakistani & Chinese Engineers are working together on this project. I am also assisting both sides engineers on this project (transmission line) by providing them quality communication (Chinese, Urdu, English) so there is no barrier between both (Chinese & Pakistani) engineers.• Experienced in project execution as per approved designs.• Have ability to handle multiple Sites.• Effective communication skills (Chinese, English and Urdu Languages).• Knowledge of electrical and work place safety standards.• Proficient in sag.• Knowledge of using theodolite machine.• Knows Chinese name of necessary work instruments.

Daily activities involves analyzing DT cluster data to achieve KPIs target on voice Calls/HSDPA/HSUPA & Social Network Issues.
Monitoring and maintaining the KPIs of assigned clusters.
Providing recommendations on the basis of DT report analysis, related to coverage & quality issues of RF Network.
Making Drive Test report as post process by using Nemo Analyzer.
Analysis and post processing of DT Log Files to recommend changes to improve coverage & quality issues.
LTE sites audit and optimizing the Area for better KPIs.
Detail statistical analysis for any abnormalities related to Accessibility, mobility & retain-ability KPIs by using Net-Act Performance Manager.
Pre & Post Drive-Test analysis and making sure that DT/KPIs to be better i.e. RSRP, SINR, DL/UL throughput, RSRP statistics & CS Fallback test (MT/MO).
Successfully delivered the best KPIs (SINR, RSRP, PDCP) of Roll-Out Drive Test.
Post processing & analysis of drive test logs of 4G/3G & 2G for Making SSV Reports.
Troubleshoot the areas with poor RF performance. Request Drive Tests, analyze data & recommend network changes for better results.

Also approved by the Administration Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs. ZBRA covers Industrial, Political, Academic and Research areas.
My job was to help the Aspiring Young Entrepreneur talent to build their own Business in China as well as the countries that are part of the Belt and Road Initiative, especially African countries. Further-more help to connect the Chinese Enterprises, Companies and market to connect the Belt and Road countries market and vice versa.I was the member of the team who was working on the Coffee Project Management to start a new business & managing it under ZBRA (ZhongGuanCun the Belt and Road Industrial Promotion Association).I was member of the management team who organized and managed first CHINA-AFRICA NEW IMPRESSION EXHIBITION. To well organize and manage this exhibition I by myself visited few Embassies of different Countries. This exhibition was held from August 20th 2018 to September 15th 2018 in Beijing under ZBRA. In this exhibition Ministers from PEOPLE REPUBLIC of CHINA, AMBASSADORS from AFRICAN Countries and some International Organization participated.
